SteveEnc

SteveEnc is a basic file encryption program that allows encryption using a password, or another file. It is perticularly secure because it doesn't store any information about the encryption method used, so there is no way of ever really knowing if you have cracked the file or not (so it's harder for hackers)
NOTE: the file is currently zipped, you will have to unzip it before you can use it
